Our experience with Raphael Price as our realtor was truly 5 stars!! Our lease is up in August and we were planning on moving to a different apartment complex, we had actually already applied! However, we met Raphael around the end of May, and through his guidance, patience, and connections he helped us close on our first house end of June! Through the entire home buying process, he was informative and willing to research the areas we were looking at to make sure we made the right investment. Raphael made time for us Memorial Day to take us touring, and was responsive even on late nights. Such a kind and thoughtful person who truly wants the best for his clients. I met Raphael at a bonsai show a few years ago and mentioned I would be moving in a couple years, and he said he could help. He gave me his card and I called him some months later and told him I wanted to acquaint myself with the Condo marketplace, so he set up a search in the area & price range I wanted. I spent 18 months watching and another 4 months finding places for Raphael to show me and my wife. Unfortunately, Condos don't allow serious bonsai hobbyists to have a little greenhouse on the patio or deck, so we switched to houses. I found more than several to look at with Raphael's help and made an offer which was accepted, but because Raphael's House Inspector found some serious flaws, I withdrew my offer. After all that time & effort we decided to stay in our home. You only change homes a couple times in a lifetime, for us it was 18 years this time and 37 years in our first home. Anything you remember about the process is dim history, so you start from scratch each time, and for a guy like me who wants to do the searching personally, -because I'm a details kind of guy, that takes time. It also takes being pointed in the right direction by a guy like Raphael, too, -someone with his tools & connections, friends like Paul the House Inspector who saved us from ourselves & the market moxie of Five Star Leaders. That's a mouthful, but that's what you get with a guy like Raphael. We all became friends during this process, and even though I'm glad we chose to stay in our home, I will always be sorry we didn't find a place so Raphael could get the commission he so honestly earned. He did play a part in solving the financial crunch my wife and I found ourselves in which caused us to think that moving to a smaller, more conservative house was our only option; but Raphael had friends in the loan business, too, and a HELOC solved our conundrum! I owe Raphael a debt of gratitude, and I'll send any house-hunter I bump into to him, along with my assurances that he can be trusted to act in your best interests!
